How do I register?
In order to register for the conference you may do so on our website at www.energypath2012.com. Click on the registration link and scroll down to the Energypath conference. Click on science fair and voila! If you have any trouble registering please send your contact information to slindsay@thesef.org or call 610-264-4440 ext 7019.
When do I arrive?
Students should arrive Friday June 29th between 7-8 am. The conference center will be open earlier if more time is needed for setup. Upon arrival please go to the registration desk in the main lobby of the DeSales University Center. At the main desk give them your details (name and why you are there) and you will be escorted to the appropriate area.
What kind of Visuals may I use?
The students will need to bring with them a poster board explaining their project. The poster should be no larger than 3 ft wide and 6 feet high. Small scale tangible projects are accepted, for example a small scale wind turbine demonstrating blade distribution for optimal efficiency is allowed, but must be below the $100 cap. There will be electrical outlets available on site.
How about my speech?
Students are expected to give a minimum 3 minute – maximum 10 minute speech regarding their project. Note cards are acceptable for reference during your presentation. If you intend to make a good impression on the judges, a memorized speech would be better.
What do I wear?
Students should be dressed in business casual clothes for both the presentations and the keynote dinner/ award ceremony. Jeans, tennis shoes and hats are not appropriate attire.
When do I get judged?
The judging process will begin at 8:00am and conclude at 11:00am. The awards will be allocated at 12 noon.

Parking is available for free in the front of the conference center.
