The camp will be led by John Costlow, a recognized leader in sustainable energy and carbon management. Costlow is dedicated to creating a future where energy is abundant, affordable, and responsibly managed for generations to come. With decades of experience in both the technical and financial aspects of energy efficiency and renewable energy, he is a frequent speaker and expert witness on topics including time-of-use rates, net metering, long-term SREC procurement, and energy conservation planning as well as the President and CEO of the Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF).
